How does the deposit work?
Payable packages reserve the date with a 50% deposit by card or Apple Pay. The deposit reserves the slot; final scope, travel, and any add-ons are confirmed after payment through the booking email and consult, and the remaining balance is finalized offline.
Do you film outside Orlando?
Yes. Florida events more than 50 miles from Orlando carry a $150 travel charge. Out-of-state and multi-day festivals are quoted on a call, with travel billed separately.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is 5–10 days depending on package size, and rush options are available. Vendor Spotlight edits are delivered within 5–7 days.
What will I receive?
Edits are optimized for reels, ads, and ticket promotion, delivered in a ready-to-post format with sound design. The Dance Couple Session is raw footage only, with no edits included.
